He did it a couple days ago and it was low enough I could pinch and squeeze it down and out. Then he ate it, oops my bad.
Well Boyzilla decided he wasn't gonna half-ass it tonight and gave that bean a first class shove to sinus town. We tried to coax that bad boy out -- pepper to sneeze, pinch and pull, snot sucker. Eventually phoned the nurses hotline - tried their tricks and then followed their advice to take him to the ER (again).
Long story short the DR said this was his first booger bean in 35 years and despite trying he was unsuccessful to remove It. He did offer me solace that this was a soft bean and therefore couldn't absorb moisture and swell. Works well then cause Boyzilla prefers to eat the dried beans, yum choking hazards - he prefers to snort the soft ones.
So we left the ER wondering the fate of this bean up my son's nose. Thankfully after a little suction, tweezing, nose bleed, some cuddles, a muffin, kung fu panda and a couple good sneezes later and the bean decided to follow the light back out and it was close enough for me to perform the ole pinch and pull! Booyah!!
On a side note, one more ER visit and I get a free jello!
