First let me say brown butter sauce is crazy simple and such a rich, subtle flavour! Won't be the last time I be making it.
The dish was delish and we ate the leftovers as a cold pasta salad and they were tasty that way too!
Husband and I thought that a cheese like goat cheese would really be a great addition to the dish, we'll try that next time.
