I have been scoping out those fancy new slim hangers for a while now - you know, the ones that are supposed to take up WAY less room in your closet than conventional plastic hangers. They are also an upgrade to wire hangers as they can hold your clothes on the hanger with fancy felt fabric. I've seen these hangers running for about a dollar or more per hanger, and since my (pre-baby) wardrobe consists of too many items I expected to need 50-100. So I was biding my time until I came across them at a low, low, low price (yup, walmart - 50 hangers for $12)
OK, so first challenge: re-hang all your clothes (while your toddler chews the old plastic hangers and comes across your preggo-stash of cookies and spills then all over the floor). I was hoping to see more of a reduction in closet real-estate, but I didn't see much of a change. Other than things looking nicer and the clothes stick to the hangers like velcro so I know they won't slip.

And while I'm spreading love to clothes hangers, let me share with you my other three favs:
1. The scarf hanger from IKEA
3. The pant hanger - I love to have wrinkle-free pants and these ones are the ticket.
