Baja Baked Black Beans & Cornbread {Thanks Rebar!}

I love seeing what people are eating, it gives me ideas on new things we can make. I know its a major nerd move but I take pictures of the food we eat from time to time - so I'll share them here and maybe you'll get some meal ideas too!

Last night we had baja baked black beans and cornbread (Both from the REBAR cookbook) and some baked squash from the in-law's farm. My mother in law said it was a papaya squash, though there was a point during cooking that I secretly thought it was a pumpkin.
